The Ministry of Digital Economy has started a new program to help people get the National Fuel Permit or Fuel Pass QR code without having to deal with many problems. The public can now access a special WhatsApp number to assist with the registration process.

1. Save the Helpline Number
Add the WhatsApp number 076 000 1919 to your contacts.
2. Start the Conversation
Open WhatsApp and start a chat with the saved number.
3. Enter Your Vehicle Number
Type your vehicle number (do not send a picture of it).
Send your vehicle number as plain text to the WhatsApp number.
4. Prepare Required Documents
Collect clear photos of the following documents:
National Identity Card, Driving License, or Passport (for identity verification)
Valid Income Tax Permit
Vehicle Registration Certificate (CR) for your vehicle
5. Send the Documents
Please send the clear pictures of these documents to the same WhatsApp number.
6. Wait for Review
The Ministry will review the information and documents you have submitted.
7. Receive Assistance
After reviewing, the Ministry will provide the necessary help to ensure your QR registration is completed smoothly.

Double-check that you are sending your vehicle number as text, not as a photo.
Ensure all document photos are clear and readable to avoid processing delays.
If someone has a technical or other problem while registering their vehicle, they can quickly get help by calling the WhatsApp number 076 000 1919. The first thing the client needs to do is type their vehicle number and send it to the right number. The Ministry stresses that people should be extra careful not to send a picture of the right vehicle number.
You should also send clear pictures of a few important documents to the same WhatsApp number to confirm your registration. A National Identity Card, a Driving License, or a Passport must be shown to prove the person’s identity. Also, you must send in the valid Income Tax Permit and Vehicle Registration Certificate (CR) for the car along with it. The Ministry also says that after carefully reviewing the information and documents sent in by the public, they will offer the help needed to make the QR registration go smoothly.
