The Ministry of Education has announced the commencement of applications for the National School Teacher Transfers – 2025 program.
Teachers who have completed nine (09) years or more of service in their current school as of 30th June 2025 are compulsorily required to apply for a transfer.
Submission Process
After completing the online application, teachers must:
- Print the completed application form.
- Submit the printed form to the school principal on or before 8th September 2025.
- Attach the following certified documents along with the application:
- Original appointment letter (certified copy).
- Transfer letter to the current school (certified copy).
- 2025 personal timetable (certified copy).
- Highest educational/professional qualifications (certified copy), if teaching subjects other than the appointed subject.
- Form TTB/2025/05 (for medical reasons), certified by a specialist from a government or registered private hospital.
- Any other certified documents as required under Section 7.2 of the online application, if not already uploaded.
