All government schools across the island would remain closed until next Sunday (28) due to the ongoing terror situation, Education Minister Akila ViraJ Kariyawasam said.
Accordingly, the schools would reopen for the second term on Monday (29).
Meanwhile, the minister said all universities would remain closed until further notice.
