Job Profile
- Drive the adoption of AI/ML technologies within the IT Infrastructure domain to modernize operations
- Focus on enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery through intelligent automation.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and platforms (specifically AI-driven tools) to meet evolving business requirements.
- Implement security and audit requirements as per ISO27001 and PCIDSS security standards and recommendations for the infrastructure including addressing vulnerabilities , implementation of highest security standards while adhering to bank’s policies, procedures and standards.
- Analyze, consolidate, performance tuning, capacity planning and optimize infrastructure components such as Servers, Databases, Applications, etc.
- In-depth analysis of issues in the systems and identify root causes and provide resolutions.
Applicant’s Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
- Minimum of Five (05) years of hands-on experience in administering enterprise server infrastructure in Windows and Linux environments.
- Certification in VMware VCP or Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) is advantageous.
- Certification in Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate is advantageous.
- Certification in Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent Linux certification is advantageous.
- Strong experience in managing Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)/CentOS/Ubuntu operating systems.
- Experience in virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere and/or Nutanix AHV.
- Experience in Linux system administration, including user management, package management, file systems, shell scripting, automation tools (Ansible) and service management.
- Knowledge of storage technologies (SAN/NAS), RAID configurations, and enterprise backup and recovery solutions.
- Experience in server monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity concepts. .
- Experience with server hardening, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
- Excellent project management, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across technical teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and provide support during planned maintenance and critical incidents outside normal working hours
