Government Foreign Scholarship Application for 2024 A/L High Achievers
In line with the Government’s policy framework “A Thriving Nation – A Beautiful Life,” the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education proudly launches an exclusive foreign scholarship program designed to empower 200 high-achieving G.C.E. Advanced Level students to pursue Bachelor’s degrees at prestigious, internationally ranked universities abroad.
Under this program, designed to nurture “A Civilized Citizen – An Advanced Human Resource,” the Ministry will offer government-funded scholarship opportunities to approximately 25 to 50 students in its inaugural phase for the 2026 academic year. The number of recipients will be progressively increased on an annual basis, with the objective of awarding a total of 200 scholarships over the five-year period from 2025-2029.
