• Birth Certificate
• National Identity Card Two recently obtained Character Certificates • Grama Niladhari Certificate
• Certificates of Educational & Professional
• Other Relevant Certificates qualifications
• Certificates of Sports/ Extra Curricular Activities Recommendation letter of the Head
of the Department
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Those who are employed in the government departments or private sector should forward their applications along with the recommendation of the head of the institution.
