Qualifications
- The interested individuals should be retired officers who have served in public sector organizations, possessing minimum 15 years experience in the field of Management/Administration in a large government organization.
- He/She should posses experience in the preparing Scheme of Recruitments and cadre for public corporations. Selected candidates (maximum of 2) will be appointed on contract basis for minimum 2 months period.
Terms and Conditions - He/She shall undertake preparation of Scheme of Recruitment and determination of cadre for the Road Development Authority based on the formats issued by the Management Services Department within the stipulated period.
• An attractive lumpsum amount will be paid for completion of task.
