For Whom: For School Leavers who are not less than 18 years of age and have appeared for the G.C.E. (O/L) with a fair knowledge of English.
Other Requirements: Selected candidate shall produce an eyesight standards test certificate, a medical and physical fitness test certificate issued by a Medical Practitioner approved by the Director General of Merchant Shipping at the time of Registration.
