Qualifications: Having Successful completion of National Certificate in Technology (NCT – Civil) or Diploma (Civil) not below the N.V.Q Level IV, conducted by a recognized institute of Technological Training which is recognized by Tertiary and vocational education commission with Three (03) years post Qualifying experience in the relevant field.

AGE SHOULD BE NOT LESS THAN 18 YEARS AND NOT MORE THAN 45 YEARS.
